🎁 Issy.Store Gift Card & Coupon Usage Policy

1. General Terms

This Gift Card and Coupon Usage Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which gift cards (“Gift Cards”) and promotional coupons or discount codes (“Coupons”) may be used on Issy.Store (referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Store”).

By purchasing, receiving, or using a Gift Card or Coupon, you agree to be bound by this Policy, along with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

2. Gift Card Terms

Purchase & Redemption
Gift Cards can be purchased directly on Issy.Store and are redeemable only on our website. They may not be exchanged for cash (except where required by law).

Validity Period
Unless otherwise stated, all Gift Cards are valid for 36 months (3 years) from the date of purchase.

Non-Refundable
Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be reloaded or resold.

Lost or Stolen Cards
Treat Gift Cards like cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards.

Balance Inquiries
Customers may contact our support team at accounts@issy.store to check their card balance.

3. Coupon Code Terms

Promotional Coupons (time-limited and store-issued)

Welcome/Signup Discounts

Seasonal Sales or Partner Discounts

One-Time Use
Unless otherwise stated, Coupons are for one-time use per customer and cannot be combined with other offers.

Expiry Dates
All Coupons have a clearly stated expiration date. Expired Coupons will not be accepted.

Minimum Spend Requirements
Some Coupons may require a minimum spend, which will be specified during the promotion.

Exclusions
Coupons may not apply to certain items or collections, such as:

4. Order Adjustments and Returns

If a Coupon was applied to a purchase that is later returned, the refund will reflect only the amount paid after the discount, not the original full price.

Gift Cards used in a purchase will be refunded back to the original Gift Card if the order is canceled or returned (where eligible).

5. Abuse and Fraud

Issy.Store reserves the right to:

Cancel any order using a Coupon or Gift Card obtained fraudulently

Restrict or suspend any user suspected of abusing the Coupon/Gift Card system

Limit the use of promotions to specific customer groups (e.g., new customers only)

6. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of Gift Cards or Coupons after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
