Return Policy



Thank you for shopping with Issy.Store. We strive to provide quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.


Non-returnable items include:

- Gift cards

- Downloadable software products

- Some health and personal care items


Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at accounts@issy.store with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send your item.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at accounts@issy.store.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

- Check your bank account again

- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)

- Contact your bank (processing times vary)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning your item are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the return is due to an error on our part.
